Cristina Alís Raurich (piano) and Corine Visser (violin) are duo since October 2008. They meet each other in The Hague and immediately started playing successfully as a duo inside and abroad The Netherlands. Their repertoire is the classic for piano and violin but also includes Spanish pieces.

Corine Visser (1984) started to play the violin at the age of 7. After a few years she entered the Young-Talent Class of the Conservatory of The Hague, Hans Scheepers became her teacher. In 2008 Corine finished her Bachelor studie with succes, Ilona Sie Dhian was her teacher. During her studies she followed masterclasses with David Fruehwirth, Mauricio Fuks, Philippe Graffin, Gordon Nikolitch, Mieke Biesta and Janet Krause.
Corine is also a enthousiastic violinteacher, she teaches at the musicschool 'Het Koorenhuis' in The Hague. In januari 2007 she was the leader of the second violins at The National Youth Orchestra of the Netherlands, Mark Wigglesworth was the conductor. With the stringquartet ISIS she received masterclasses from the members of the Orlando, Daniel and Vermeer quartet. At this moment Corine studies at the Fontys Conservatory in Tilburg, Wouter Vossen is her teacher.


Cristina Alís Raurich (1984) studied with Irina Pochekina and Stanislav Pochekin finishing the bachelor in Liceo's Conservatory (Barcelona) thanks to a scholarship from the conservatory itself. Afterwards she did post-graduate with Gennady Dzubenko in Escola Luthier (Barcelona). Since September 2008 she is studying with the pianist Naum Grubert in the Koninklijk Conservatorium of The Hague. She received scholarships from Girona's city hall and "Generalitat de Catalunya" (Catalonia's Government) for the course 2008-2009.

She was a member of JONC (Young National Orchestra of Catalonia) and she collaborated with OBC (Symphonic National Orchestra of Barcelona). She took part in the children's opera Brundibar conducted by Elisenda Carrasco and also in the theater-musical play “Mozart, Salieri i el Rèquiem” inacabat in Teatre Romea (Barcelona) directed by Quim Lecina. She debuted with orchestra playing Mozart piano concert K.414 in A major with Girona's Orchestra.
